| Abstract: | This paper conducts an investigation on the employment for the graduates of 2006 to 2009 in Kaili University.The results show that there exist some problems/difficulties in employment which reflect on enrollment and curriculum,etc.Finally,the paper suggests that corresponding countermeasures be put forward to improve graduates' employment competitiveness. |
