| 摘 要： | 企业核心价值是决定企业生存与发展状况的根本性价值要素,其指标体系包括人力资源要素、资本资产要素和客户资源要素。资本金情况对物流企业核心价值的影响程度最大。物流企业发展要筹集充足的资金,赢得客户资源,优化资产产权构成,重视管理者的管理水平。

| Abstract: | Core value of an enterprise is the fundamental element which determines the enterprise's survival and development.Its index system includes the element of human resources,the element of capital and assets,and the element of client resources.The capital situation has the largest impact on the logistics enterprise's core value.Logistics enterprises must raise sufficient funds,win customer resources,optimize asset ownership structure,and focus on managers' management level. |
