帝相斗争的分析——基于公共选择视角简

作为中国古代重要政治制度的丞相制度在中国政治历史上占据重要地位，尽管这一制度横跨将近两千年，且在各个朝代的称谓、职权、人员组成等方面各不相同，但是比较不同时期的丞相制度以及相权与皇权的相互关系，还是可以从中找到很多同一的东西，结合公共选择学派的知识，能从漫长的历史长河中窥探出皇权与相权斗争的一丝规律。

The Conflicts Between Emperor and Prime Minister --From Perspective of Public Choice

Prime Minister in ancient China was a very important political system. Although this system had been applied for over two thousand years, the title, powers of office, and staff were different. Comparing this system and the relation between their power and then emperor＇ s power,we can see similarities. With the knowledge of public choiee,we can see the regularities of the conflicts between emperors and their prime ministers.
