| 摘 要： | 文章从高校育人机制的发展与现状出发,追溯了辅导员制度和班导师制度产生的历史,指出了目前班导师和辅导员合力育人平台的不足,肯定了辅导员和班导师通力合作发挥出良好协同效应对学生成长成才及高校育人模式发展的益处,提出了使合力育人平台更加良好运行的一些建议。

| Abstract: | Starting from the development and status of the college education system, the paper traces the history of the counselor system and tutor system, points out the shortage of the tutors and counselors combined education platform. And thinks the counselor and tutors can play a good synergistic effect on students growth and the development of college educational mode, some of the recommendations are presented for better run- ning the combined education platform. |
