法律方法在少年司法中的运用简

适当地运用法律方法有助于法官实现对违法未成年人的教育功效。在少年司法活动中，司法者要在“司法者”思维与“社会工作者”思维之间进行转换，同时，法官应注意法庭语言对未成年人审判对象的影响。基于此，通过普法使社会群体对犯罪少年的轻刑化、缓刑化给予理解与支持，建立健全“法官社会化”的支持系统，强化法官语言学理论知识的掌握与运用。

Application of Judicial Method in Juvenile Justice

An appropriate usage of judicial method is helpful for judges to achieve educational effect in the case ~of juvenile delinquency. For the case of judicial justice, a judicial person should switch their role between ＂a judicial person＂ and ＂a social worker＂. Meanwhile, judges should consider seriously the effect of the court language on the subjects. Based on this consideration, it is suggested to make the public understand and support the practice of moderate penalty and probation in the case of the juvenile delinquency by means of popularizing laws, establishing and improving the system of ＂ socializing the judge＂, and improving the judges＇ linguistic knowledge.
