| Abstract: | Personnel archives play an important role in the affairs concerning archives. With the reform of the personnel system furthering, accordingly, the value of personnel archives should be brought into full play. So we ought to strengthen the management and the use of personnel archives with different methods and manners to give free rein to the value of it. |
