| 摘 要： | 商务合同翻译在国际商务活动中起着越来越重要的作用。商务合同翻译应依照三个具体标准：用词准确，译文完整；行文通顺，条理清楚；符合契约的文体特点。同时，为避免在涉外合同翻译中出现的问题，我们应从熟悉商务英语相关专业知识、掌握商务合同语言特点等方面探讨商务合同的翻译策略。

| Abstract: | Business contract translation is playing a more and more important role in the international business activities.Business contract translation should follow three criteria: being accurate and complete;being smooth and clear;conforming to the stylistic feture of contract.In order to avoid the problems arising in tne translation of business contract,we should discuss the strategies from the aspects of being aquainted with relevant knowledge of business English and mastering the language features of business contract. |
