| 摘 要： | 社会主义初级阶段与新民主主义是两个紧密相联的社会形态，二者在指导思想、国体、历史使命、经济结构等众多方面极为相似，但二者却有着本质上的区别，主要表现在社会性质、主要矛盾、政权阶级基础、所有制结构中公有制经济的地位等方面。

| Abstract: | The primary stage of socialism and new democracy are two closely associated social formations.Their similarities are definitely showed in guiding ideology, state system, historical mission as well as ineconomic structure. But there are still some essential differences between the primary stage of socialism and newdemocracy, which are respectively showed in the nature of society, principal contradiction, class base of thepower, the position of public-owned economy in the structure of ownership, and so on. |
