| 摘 要： | 高职院校为适应现代市场对人才高技能的要求，达到教育部关于人才培养质量水平的高标准，正积极开展各项工作。本文针对人才培养的实训基地建设中存在的困难和障碍，提出加快建设的若干措施和对策，以使高职学生不仅掌握一定的理论知识，还能具备职业发展的一技之长，成为现代企业的可用之才。
