摘    要:以丁二酸(SA)和1,4-丁二醇(BD)为原料,采用双催化剂,通过本体熔融缩聚反应,合成得到聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS).研究了催化剂的用量、助催化剂与主催化剂的摩尔比对相对分子量和反应时间的影响以及PBS在土壤培养液和堆肥培养液中的降解性能.通过GPC、1H-NMR对合成产物的相对分子质量、结构和热性质进行了研究.结果表明:采用双催化剂合成的PBS相对数均分子量较高,可达8万以上,分子量分布在2左右;催化剂用量0.115mmol,助催化剂与主催化剂的摩尔比为0.1时,反应条件为最佳;降解实验说明产物在堆肥中具有良好的降解性,在土壤培养液中具有降解性.

Abstract:Taking SA and BD as the raw stuff and using bi-catalyst,PBS was synthesized through body melting polycondensation.Researched the effect of catalyst amount,the molar ratio of co-catalyst and catalyst on the molecular weight and reaction time,the PBS was investigated by means of GPC and 1H-NMR.The result shows that the PBS synthesized by using bi-catalyst had a higher molecular weight of above 8×104 and the distribution is about 2.When the molar ratio of the co-catalyst and catalyst is 0.1,we can get the best reaction condition.the PBS film can be degraded in the soil supernatant,the biodegradation of PBS is best in compost domesticated.
