教师教学观念和行为转变的困境与对策

摘    要:随着时代的发展,教师转变教学观念和行为的意义非常重大。但是,在教学中存在一些影响教师教学观念和行为转变的因素,如传统的经典教学体系的束缚、教学改革和教育科研的功利性取向、教师教学观念和行为本身的特点、教师实际教学"采用的理论"与变革"所倡导的理论"不一致,等等。帮助教师寻求走出困境的对策有:学会反思、参与教研、提高理论素养、转变思维方式、创设心理条件。

Abstract:With the development of the times,it is of great significance for teachers to change their teaching idea and behavior.But in teaching there exist some factors which influence the change of teaching idea and behavior of teachers such as the shackles of classical teaching system,the utilitarian orientation of teaching reform and educational scientific research,the characteristics of teachers'teaching idea and the behavior itself and the inconsistency of the "applied theory"by teachers in their actual teaching...
