| 摘 要： | 随着时代的发展,教师转变教学观念和行为的意义非常重大。但是,在教学中存在一些影响教师教学观念和行为转变的因素,如传统的经典教学体系的束缚、教学改革和教育科研的功利性取向、教师教学观念和行为本身的特点、教师实际教学"采用的理论"与变革"所倡导的理论"不一致,等等。帮助教师寻求走出困境的对策有:学会反思、参与教研、提高理论素养、转变思维方式、创设心理条件。
