The conflict of the scale and quality of China’s undergraduate law course education has a long history,and in the new century intensified.The judge of the present situation of our country ’s undergraduate law course must use historical analysis and comparison research method,that is to respect in our legal system’s present situation and to recognize that legal construction is still in the first stage of the facts,and to make clear the orientation of the quality education,then draw lessons from foreign legal education mode and make corresponding improvement measures.Only when we combine updating theory knowledge,paying attention to the participation,strengthening practice exercise and shaping community ethics together,can we cultivate qualified law graduates.
