湖州市中高职自考衔接项目可持续发展研究

采用“3＋1”模式的“中高职自考衔接项目”是中等职业教育人才培养的一种全新模式，它具有时间短、费用省、免高考、文凭硬的优势，在湖州市发展迅速并具备，“阔发展前景。但同时也存在着合作理念尚需理清、教师对接和在线资源不完善、教风学风考风以及统考通过率不高等问题。为了实现该项目的可持续发展，合作各方需明确合作思想，注重过程管理，在提升学生考核通过率的同时促进学生成长。

Research on the Sustainable Development of the Self-study Exam Project of the Link between Secondary and Higher Vocational Education in Huzhou

The self-study exam project of the Link between secondary and higher vocational education with "3 + 1" mode is a new personnel training mode in secondary vocational education.This project has the advantages of short time,less cost,not sitting for the university entrance exam and a good diploma.It develops rapidly and has broad prospects for development in Huzhou.But there are also some problems,such as cooperation concepts,imperfect teachers docking and online resources,style of teaching,style of study,style of examination and low examination pass rate,etc.In order to realize the sustainable development of the project,the cooperative parties need a clear cooperation thought and pay attention to the process of management to improve the students’ evaluation in the pass rate and promote students’ growth.
