| 摘 要： | 针对艺术体操器械教学的客观现象,采用文献研究、技术实践等研究方法,探讨艺术体操器械教学相关问题,通过以项群训练理论分类方法为指导,对艺术体操各种动作予以科学的分类,清澈各类动作的运用特征,揭示在艺术体操教学中器械一般运用规律的客观性和可扩展性,为设计、调整教学组织方案,优化教学组织形式提供依据,促进艺术体操在学校体育教育中的普及发展。

| Abstract: | Based on characteristics of eurythmics,this paper researches into the commonness and specialty of different apparatus movements after classifying them so as to obtain the objectivity and expandability of the general principles of apparatus using in eurythmics instruction.Meanwhile,special features of specific movements are also discussed in detail with the aim to improve the teaching organization and efficiency. |
