师范学生素质教育的研究

摘    要:阐述了素质教育的含义及特征,结合师范教育的本质特征,探讨了师范学生所应具备的素质、特性等基本理论问题,指出注重师德培养、坚持知识传统与能力培养相统一、强化终身教育意识等是师范学生素质教育的有效途径。

Abstract:The connotation and charactristics of quality education are expounded. The qualities and traits a normal school student should possess are discussed. The effective approaches to enhancing normal school students' quality are pointed out as: paying due attention to cultivating students' morality; cultivating students' practical ability; and strengthening students' consciousness of life-long learning.
