| 摘 要： | 阐述了素质教育的含义及特征，结合师范教育的本质特征，探讨了师范学生所应具备的素质、特性等基本理论问题，指出注重师德培养、坚持知识传统与能力培养相统一、强化终身教育意识等是师范学生素质教育的有效途径。

| Abstract: | The connotation and charactristics of quality education are expounded. The qualities and traits a normal school student should possess are discussed. The effective approaches to enhancing normal school students＇ quality are pointed out as： paying due attention to cultivating students＇ morality; cultivating students＇ practical ability; and strengthening students＇ consciousness of life-long learning. |
