| 摘 要： | 主要介绍＂筑岛法＂施工技术在施工场地狭小且基坑形状呈不规则多边形、环境保护要求高、工期紧的情况下进行地下室结构施工时的应用;以某办公楼地下室工程为例,重点给出＂筑岛法＂的施工流程、基坑支护及土坑开挖等环节的施工技术要点。实践表明,在使用该技术的同时,采取相应的监测手段实施信息化施工,可确保基坑与周边环境的安全,加快工程进度。

| Abstract: | Taking an office building for example,this paper introduces a construction technology of ＂island method＂ which is used in the basement when construction site is narrow and when the shape of foundation pit is irregular with a tight schedule.Practice shows this technology ensures the safety of foundation pit and its surroundings and speed up project schedule,when corresponding supervison means are conducted in informationized construction. |
