| 摘 要： | C—4204空气压缩机是乙烯高压装置的重要设备,使用过程中由于膜片泄漏而频繁停车检修,影响了正常生产。对C—4204空气压缩机膜片泄漏的原因进行了分析,并提出具体的改造措施来延长膜片的使用寿命,经过长时间的实际使用,取得了显著的经济效益。

| Abstract: | The C-4204 air compressor is an important equipment of ethylene highpressure device,and usually need to be maintained because of the failure of diaphragm leak,which affects the normal production.The failure reason of the diaphragm leak was analyzed and the improvement measures were presented in this paper.Significant benefit has been made with the use of the improved structure for a long period. |
