中国经济制度与私有产权的逆向变迁

西方国家的经济制度是在西方主流经济学理论的指导下 ,由私有产权制度和市场运行机制共同推动形成的。在西方经济学中 ,个人主义的意识形态或方法论与理性经济人的行为假设、私有产权制度、市场运行机制三者之间有严密的理论逻辑关系。而中国的私营经济是在中国边际改良型渐进式改革过程 ,由制度调整和修正而留出的体制缝隙中得到再生。在以公有制为主体的经济体制内 ,私营经济的产生和发展表现为经济制度变迁的结果。从这个意义上说 ,中国经济制度与私有产权之间表现为一种逆向变迁过程。由于中国私有产权制度产生和成长的特殊性 ,中国私有产权具有不同于西方私有产权的许多特征

The Converse Vicissitude of Chinese Economy System and Private Property Right

The common force of private property right system and the market operating mechanism,under the direction of the western mainstream economic theories, promoted the form of western countries' economy systems. In Western Economics, there are rigorous logic relations between individualism ideology(or individualism methodology) and the behavior hypothesis of rational human, private property right system, and market operating mechanism. However, Chinese private owned economy regenerated from the gap between system regulating and amending in the course of Chinese marginally gradually improved reform. In the economy system whose principal part is public owned mechanism, the generation and development of private owned economy represents the result of the vicissitude of economic system. In this way, there is a converse vicissitude of Chinese economy system and private property right. Because of the particularity in the generation and development of Chinese private property right, it has a lot of characteristics,which are far more the same as the Western's.
