硫酸盐代替浓硫酸催化醇消除反应研究

摘    要:采用部分硫酸盐代替浓硫酸作催化剂催化醇(环己醇、正辛醇)消除反应生成烯烃进行了研究,主要考察了催化分馏反应时间、催化剂用量、催化剂重复使用对消除反应的影响.结果表明:碱金属酸性硫酸盐和部分重金属硫酸盐,尤其是硫酸氢钾、硫酸锆催化能力比浓硫酸强,而且硫酸锆重复使用性能效果更好,代替浓硫酸催化剂完全符合环境保护和清洁生产的要求.

Abstract:The catalyzing alcohol,cyclohexanol and 1-octanol, eliminative reaction to form olefine has been studied using sulfate instead of concentrated sulfuric acid.The influences of the fractional reaction time,amount and repeated utilization of cataiyst that affect the eliminative reation have been mainly discussed.The results indicated that alkali metal sulfate and some heavy metal sulfate,especially potassium hydrogen sulfate and zirconium sulfate,has better catalytic ability than concentrated sulfuric acid to alcohol eliminative reaction.Zirconium sulfate could repeat utilization to alcohol eliminative reaction and wholly conform with the demands of environmental protection and clean production instead of sulfuric acid.
