泰州市食源性致病菌污染状况的调查研究

目的了解沙门氏菌、单增李斯特菌、空肠弯曲菌、副溶血性弧菌在泰州市零售食品中的污染状况，为食源性疾病监测、预防提供科学依据。方法根据国标方法，对泰州市出售的生畜禽肉、熟肉制品、蔬菜、水产品中4种致病菌进行检测。结果2006年-2008年共检测样品695份，检出致病菌91株，总检出率为13．09％。其中沙门氏菌检出28株，检出率为4．03％；单增李斯特菌检出44株，检出率6．33％；副溶血性弧菌检出19株，检出率2．73％；未检出空肠弯曲菌。结论泰州市生畜禽肉、熟肉制品中存在不同程度的致病菌污染，其中单增李斯特菌污染较严重，应加强监测和检查。

Investigation of Contamination of Food Borne Pathogens in Taizhou City
