| 摘 要： | 面对教育制度僵化,一个基本的解决办法是推动现有教育制度发生合理的变迁.教育 制度变迁的真正实现,必须具备一些基本的条件.在教育制度变迁过程中,会受到许多因素 的制约并遭遇各种各样的阻力.教育制度变迁过程充满着不确定性和各种风险,但其变迁过程应会遵循一定的规律.
