| 摘 要： | 通过对陕西省8所高校教师参加体育锻炼情况和健康状况进行调查分析,结果发现,高校教师参加体育锻炼的状况不容乐观;高校教师总体健康水平不佳,且随着年龄增长有加速下降趋势。这种状况应引起高校领导和教师的高度重视,采取积极有效的措施加以改变。

| Abstract: | The survey of the higher school teacher's health conditions and their participation in physical exercises has been made through questionnaires,reference books and statistics.The result shows that their health conditions are worrying,and they don't take as much physical exercises as they need to.This situation should lead the leaders and teachers in colleges and universities attach great importance to and take positive and effective measures to be changed. |
