目的论视角下的美剧字幕翻译

作为一个新兴的翻译领域，影视字幕翻译具有其自身的特点及要求。以在我国热播的几部美剧的字幕翻译为例，结合美剧字幕翻译的特点，探讨将功能翻译学派目的论应用于美剧字幕翻译的可行性．认为适当地运用目的论的三个相关法则能帮助译者更好地完成美剧字幕的翻译。

American TV Subtitle Translation from the Perspective of Skopostheorie

As American TV series become increasingly popular among Chinese audience, the translation of American TV subtitles has attracted stronger curiosity and attention from series viewers, English learners and translation researchers. As an emerging field of translation, subtitle translation has its own characteristics and requirements. With examples of the subtitle ＇translation of several hit American TV series in China and tak- ing into account the characteristics of American TV subtide translation, this paper probes into the applica- bility of Skopostheorie from functionalist approaches to the translation of American TV subtitles. It holds that proper use of the three relevant approaches of Skopostheorie can help translators be more qualified for the translation of American TV subtitles.
