On Study of the Cause and Situation in the Rise of Prices

There are many factors linked with the rise of prices. However, researchers are hardly touched on institutional reason. The author from the system point of view thinks that the household registration sys- tem is the fundamental system lead to rising prices; system of export tax rebate, labor allocation system, monetary system, foreign exchange reserve system, property right system can also affect the rise of prices. The reform and innovation of household registration system, breaking the barriers, also be given the right, realize the equality of industry and agriculture development;the transformation of economic development mode, play the role of the market, the reform of export tax refund and foreign exchange reserve system; reform and perfect the distribution system and countermeasures.
