| 摘 要： | 根据对学校学生精神文化需求现状分析发现,精神失衡、文化缺失对其人格塑造起了非常重要的作用。学校应从教学软环境方面入手,如校园环境、社团活动、校园文化建设等方面提高大学生的综合能力及勇立潮头的浩气、与时俱进的朝气、超越前人的勇气,培养大学生的精神追求,塑造他们坚韧的品格、乐观的生活态度和积极的工作热情。

| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the present condition of students＇ spiritual and cultural needs in colleges,it finds that mental unbalance and culture deficiency play an important role in shaping personality.Colleges should begin from teaching soft environment,such as campus environment,club activities and campus culture construction to increase college students＇ comprehensive ability,as well as youthful spirit of advancing with times and brave spirit of exceeding others.It can cultivate college students＇ spiritual pursuit,and shape their strong personality,optimistic living attitude and positive working enthusiasm. |
