软件外包人才高职教育学期项目的实践与探索

文章根据离岸软件服务外包（ITO）产业对人才知识技能结构的多层次和多方面的综合需求，介绍了苏州服务外包学院参考ITO离岸开发商企业和项目的管理，基于CMMI软件成熟度模型建立的针对软件外包人才培养的联合课程的学期项目管理办法和项目过程规范。通过模拟场景化的ITO工作环境，联合学期项目对ITO人才所需的专业技能、行业知识、过程规范、职业素养和外语沟通能力进行了全方面的实践覆盖，学生在满足ITO产业综合技能方面得到了极大的提高，为实现毕业时的零公里就业打下了坚实的基础。

Practice and Exploration on Higher Vocational Education Semester Project of Software Outsourcing Talents

With regard to information technology outsourcing （ITO） industry demanding talents with multiple knowledge skills, this article introduces the management methods and project processes of Suzhou Institute of Services Outsourcing by referring to the enterprises and project management of the offshore developer as well as the talents cultivation courses based on CMMI. By simulating the situations of ITO working environment, the semester project cultivates the ITO talents from the following aspects： speciality skills, industry knowledge, process standard, professional demeanor, and second language communication. Therefore, the students＇integrating skills are improved, meanwhile full preparations are made for the future positions.
