官员财产公示的探索与研究

官员财产公示作为财产申报制度的一项重要内容,近年来引起了社会各界的普遍关注。尽管各地不断地在探索实行官员财产公示,但从试点的实践来看,还存在诸多阻力,致使官员财产公示在我国迟迟不能实行。本文在对各地试点探索的实践中,分析推行官员财产公示陷入困境的原因,从而提出实行官员财产公示的可行性路径。

The Research on Property Publicity of Government Officials

Property publicity of government officials has been the highlight in the construction of property declaration system, which has been taken exploration constantly. There are still many obstrctions to suspend its conduction in China. This article analyzes reasons of obstrctions from exploration of pilot units to examine possibilities of property publicity of government officials.
