浅谈地方公办高职院校学费收缴工作的现状、问题及对策

学费收入是地方公办高职院校办学经费的主要来源,学费收缴工作对高职院校的正常运转和事业发展起着关键作用。地方公办高职院校学费收缴工作总体情况良好,但仍存在一些不容忽视问题。本文提出了一些对策和措施以增强地方公办高职院校学费收缴工作的规范性和实效性。

On the Current Situation,Problem and Countermeasure to the Tuition Collection of Local State-run Vocational College

The tuition fees are the main source of local public school funding in higher vocational colleges. Tuition collection plays a key role in the normal operation and development in vocational colleges. Although overall situation of tuition collection in higher vocational colleges is good, there still exist some difficulties and problems. We must attach great importance to these issues by strengthening the charges through policy advocacy, establishment of sound regulatory of tuition collection, enhancing information level of tuition collections, innovating and improving working style of tuition collection, educating and punishing students owing college tuition on purpose, improve the standardization and effectiveness of tuition collection in higher vocational education.
