The Study of Law Credit---Idea Guarantee of the Actual Effect of Rule of Law

Law is a kind of social credit on the basis of the value consensus and value identification .Law credit is not only fundamental to the objective existence in operation of the rule of law ,and is but also a kind of subjective state of social subject .Law credit has the fundamental and the decisive position in the system of rule of law .Studying the law credit can help to fully understand the inner structure of the opera-tion of the law ,develop the concept of the authority of law and legal faith ,consciously act in the legisla-tive ,judicial ,law enforcement and law-abiding and follow the basic requirements of rule of law .In operat-ing link and concept level ,the law credit can secure effective rule of law and promote social harmony and stability and development progress .Therefore ,law credit concept as the core of legal culture construction should be emphasized .
