| 摘 要： | 近些年国家对教育的投入不断增加，为高校各项工作的开展奠定了基础。与此同时，由于高校采购管理效率不高，也出现了很多问题，这些都是高校采购管理工作中急需解决的问题，通过对高校采购管理现状的深入分析，提出改进办法，实现规范化管理，为高校各项工作顺利开展铺平道路。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the investment in education is increasing from the government, which provides the better basis to universities. At the same time, the country＆#39;s investment is used by low efifciency. The work of universities is very important, how to improve procurement efficiency. This paper analyses the current problem of purchase work in universities, gives improved ways, builds quality management systems, make the better service for universities. |
