虚实结合的PLC实验教学仪器设计

摘    要:介绍了一种虚实结合设计PLC教学实验仪器的方法。该方法在现有PLC实物教学实验仪器的基础上,利用计算机软件设计与实物外观和操作功能完全相同的实验仪器,两者通过数据交互和逻辑判断实现虚实有机结合。实践证明,该方法不仅能以较低的成本提高实验室的实验教学能力,而且虚实结合的实验仪器在一定程度上不受原实物实验仪器输入输出信号的限制,可以更好地发挥实验仪器的作用。

Design of instrument for PLC experimental teaching based on the combination of virtualness and reality

Abstract:A design method of the instrument for PLC experimental teaching is proposed by integrating both virtual and reality. This method can integrate the real experimental teaching instrument on hand and the virtual instrument which is designed by using computer soft and has the same functions with the real experimental teaching instrument, the real and virtual experimental teaching instruments can be composed by logic and data exchange. It has been proved that, by this method experimental teaching ability of the laboratory can be improved greatly and the experimental teaching instruments can be used fully.
