对师专生心理教育能力培养问题的思考

摘    要:目前制约师专生心育能力培养的关键因素有教育观念问题、教师自身心理素养与在职培训问题、心理教育教材问题、心理教育管理机构与制度的建立问题。因此,为切实保障师专生心育能力的提高,必须努力更新教育观念;尽快培训一批心理素质好、心育能力强的心育师资;制定心理教育课程标准、编写心理教育教材;加快心理教育管理机构与制度的建设。

Abstract:At present ,the main factors limiting the cultivation of teachers college students' capablity to teach psychology include the attitude towards education, the cultivation of teachers' own psychological diathesis,on-the-job training,texbooks of psychology education and administration of psychology education. Therefore,in order to make sure of the improvement of students' capability to teach psychology,we must make great efforts to renew attitude towards education,cultivate a batch of psychology academics who have good psychological diathesis and strong capability to teach psychology as soon as possible.We must also formulate the curriculum standard,compile textbooks,accelerate the constructi on of administrative organization of psychology education.
