摘    要:简述了美国职业教育领域能力本位评估模式的涵义,介绍了该模式在美国的几种典型个案,分析了这一模式的优缺点,并就我国如何开展能力本位评估提出了建议。

Abstract:The meaning and characteristics of US competency - based assessment of professional development and education are expounded, the typical examples of the models are briefly introduced, its strengths and weaknesses are analyzed, and the inspiration to how the model operates in China is stated.
