| Abstract: | To meet the needs of ideological and political work in universities,continuing education for the ideological and political staff must be reinforced.The following measures can be taken: setting up a system for training the staff, strengthening the construction of ideological and political course and establishing and perfecting evaluation and encouragement mechanism. |
