| 摘 要： | 尝试教学法冲破了传统教学法的教学模式,树立了以学生尝试为核心的＂先练后讲＂的现代教学模式。其教学理论实质是学生在尝试中学习,在尝试中成功。特征是＂先试后导＂、＂先练后讲＂。根据其理论依据和网球技术本身的特点,设计了一份适合网球教学的尝试教学法的教学模式,具体为尝试准备、尝试问题、尝试指导、尝试练习、尝试评价和再次尝试。通过对尝试教学法和传统教学法的比较,表明采用尝试教学法在网球反手抽击球技术比传统教学法效果好。
