| 摘 要： | 针对中国普通高校体育教学的教学方法暴露出的一些不适应社会发展的缺陷，提出了个别化教学的观念、教学方法和实施程序。实践跟踪调查结果说明个别化教学的方法应用于大学体育教学是有效、可行的。

| Abstract: | Teaching methods of physical education in Chinese general colleges are revealing some defects unfit for the social development step by step. In this articles, the teaching conception, methods and procedure of individual education are introduced. The results of the investigation illustrate that the teaching methods of individual education are effective and feasible to be used in collegial physical education. |
