| Abstract: | This article reveals that,in cross-languages communication,difference be- tween English and Chinese caused by the elements like context,culture etc.can be prop- erly handled by making contrast between the two languages from pragmatic perspective.It is also hoped that pragmatic points of view can be applied in approaching the issues of translation from English into Chinese,and vice versa. |
