| 摘 要： | 为了测度我国各省区科技物力资源效能的发展水平,以高技术产业为研究对象,运用数据包络分析法(DEA),通过构建科技物力资源效能发展评价指标体系,对高技术产业科技物力资源的效能发展进行有效性分析,并绘制出效能发展有效性的雁行形态图,呈现我国各省区科技物力资源效能发展的现状。在此基础上进行松弛度分析,调整物力资源的投入,从而使各省区的科技物力资源效能达到目标发展状态。
