| 摘 要： | 在剖析战略性新兴产业概念及特点的基础上,主要就京津冀地区战略性新兴产业选择问题进行分析,重点围绕非粮生物能源的发展,探讨京津冀地区在这一领域的各自发展优势、合作路径选择,以期通过该领域的战略合作,构建起京津冀战略性新兴产业合作框架。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of conception and features of new-emerging strategic industries,this paper studies the choices of new-emerging strategic industries in the region among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,mainly focusing on the development of non-grain biomass energy.Based on the advantages and cooperative path selection among them,this paper builds up the framework of new-emerging strategic industries through the adoption of strategic cooperation in the field. |
