| Abstract: | This paper based on the basic definition of knowledge puts forward a series of assumptions,open and private knowledge flow theory and quantitative analysis model of knowledge flows.The paper raises the viewpoint that development desire and knowledge profit are the original impetus to the open and private knowledge flows.Compared with the reference,this paper presents a new perspective of knowledge flow,which is also the advantage of this paper. |
