通过对社会主义市场体系理论的回顾，考察了健全和完善社会主义市场体系的条件及意义，对照我国社会主义市场体系发展的现状，发现我国社会主义市场体系建设中存在市场主体信用观念不强，地区封锁和行业垄断，风险机制建设落后，中介组织内部运营管理不规范．地区市场发展不平衡，法律法规建设还相对滞后等问题，并提出了相应的对策建议。

Problems and Measures of Constructing the Socialist Market System in China
