| 摘 要： | 突触素是神经元和神经内分泌细胞突触囊泡膜上的一种糖蛋白,与神经递质释放,突触小泡胞吐作用以及突触可塑性关系密切。从突触素在神经组织中的分布与定位,生物学特征,运动训练与神经系统突触素的可塑性变化以及突触素与运动、学习记忆的神经生物学等几个方面的研究进行综述。

| Abstract: | Synaptophysin is a kind of glycoprotein on Synaptic vesicle epimembranal of neuron and neuroendocrine cell.Synaptophysin has close relationship with the release of Transmitter,with endocytosis of the Synaptic vesicle and with synaptic plasticity.This paper is a synthetic study of distribution and location of synaptophysin in nerve tissue,the biological characters of synaptophysin,sports training and the plasticity of synaptophysin on nerve system,and the neurobiology of exercise,learning and memory. |
