广西桑蚕产业科研创新发展对策研究

广西在发展桑蚕产业过程中进行了一系列的科研创新,拥有了首个产业技术创新战略联盟和＂桑蚕产业人才小高地＂,并拥有了一批桑蚕产业发展的专业技术人才。但是,桑蚕产业专业人才依然缺乏,桑蚕产业科研体系不健全,产学研合作不紧密。文章通过借鉴国内外桑蚕产业科研创新的先进经验,提出加大专业人才引进和培养的力度,加强产学研合作并建立企业技术中心,建立完整的桑蚕产业科研和技术推广体系等对策。

Scientific Innovation of Silkworm Industry in Guangxi Province

Guangxi has carried out a series of research innovation in the process of the development of silkworm industry,and developed the first industry technology innovation strategic ally and built up ＂a small highlands of talents in silkworm industry＂ with a team of specialists.However,there are still problems such as inadequate talents,incomplete research system,inefficient cooperation between industry and research.Based on the analysis on some successful examples in foreign countries,it is proposed to develop talent recruiting and training system,build up the cooperation center,and establish a complete system of the research system and technology promotion system.
