| 摘 要： | 文章分析了地方教学型本科院校必须立足地方,根据地区经济需求,哈尔滨学院自身的定位和特点,搭建一条具有自己个性特征的专业教学平台,对传统的专业课程设置,人才培养方案制定,教师队伍建设、实践环节等方面进行了一系列改革和探索,在专业建设方面起到良好的示范作用。

| Abstract: | The foundation of the teaching-oriented local undergraduate institutions is analyzed.It is claimed that Harbin university should build up the major teaching platform with his own character according to the need of the local economy and his own orientation and characteristics.A series of reform,in curriculum system,talent training plans,teachers training,and practice teaching,should go further. |
