| 摘 要： | 本文从探究中国远程高等教育的代表——广播电视大学在不同历史阶段的发展实践出发，剖析中国远程高等教育办学理念的内涵及其演变过程，同时分析学习理论与广播电视大学办学理念之间的关系，以及学习理论对形成广播电视大学办学理念的影响，提出广播电视大学应该顺应时代发展要求，以建构主义学习理论为基础，反思远程高等教育本质内涵，走出一条在广播电视大学基础上创建开放大学的新路来。

| Abstract: | By reviewing the development history and practice of China＇ s TV Un;versities, this paper an- alyzes the running concept and evolution process of China＇ s distance higher education. It also studies the re- lation between study theories and the running concept of TV Universities and the influence of the former on the latter. It proposes that TV Universities should explore a new way to set up open universities based on the learning theory of constructivism and an introspection of the connotation of distance higher education. |
