| 摘 要： | 代表中国最广大人民的根本利益,集中体现了以人为本的执政理念。“代表”意味着尊重人民的意志和利益,“中国”意味着国际交往中的国家利益原则,“最广大人民”是社会各阶层、各方面群众和最大多数人的统一,“根本利益”意味着“民生为本”。

| Abstract: | "The representative of the fundamental interests of the majority of Chinese people" manifests the conception of human-oriented governmental administration.The word "representative" signifies the will and interests of people;"Chinese" denotes the principle of national interests in international affairs;"the majority of people" stands for the overwhelming majority of all social tiers and all sectors,and "fundamental interests" the democracy being the fundamental. |
