| 摘 要： | 基于我国竞技体育人才培养模式向"院校化"深化,省域普通高校竞技体育人才培养基地就肩负起我国竞技体育强国之梦想的艰巨任务.本文以宁夏普通高校竞技体育人才培养为个案,进行现状分析与改革策略探究,以期提高竞技体育资源利用率,从而使我国普通高校竞技体育人才培养模式走上健康、可持续发展的道路.研究提出主要改革策略为:(1)提升普通高校高水平运动员学生招收条件;(2)由可自选专业改为只限定体育专业;(3)体育教师兼职教练改为教练员队伍专职化;(4)管理制度精细化;(5)职能部门监管与评价工作经常化.
