饭店文化认同对员工行为影响的实证研究

摘    要:目前,我国饭店业中注重员工技能技巧培训的饭店为数很多,但重视饭店文化建设、认真考虑其文化认同、并以此来激励员工的饭店尚处于起步阶段。一般地,饭店文化就是员工的共同价值观体系,而员工认同是衡量饭店文化成功与否的一个标准。实证研究表明,基于员工认同的角度,成功的饭店文化可以促使员工向榜样学习,这个榜样就是在饭店文化培育过程中对员工认同起到榜样作用的饭店管理者;成功的饭店文化通过给员工实惠和理想,不仅强化了人性化的饭店文化内涵,而且让员工树立起主人翁的意识;成功的饭店文化创造了员工认同,而员工认同创造顾客认同,这样有助于饭店领先于同行,从而使饭店得到更多顾客的认同和光临。

Abstract:At present,hotel training programs are mostly on skills.Attention to hotel culture construction,hotel cultural identity and its use as a means to motivate stuff are still at the initial stage.Generally speaking,hotel culture is the common value,and the extent to which this culture is shared by stuff is a criterion for the success of the culture.This empirical study showed successful hotel culture could encourage employees to emulate examples,who usually tended to be the managers who demonstrated meritorious qualities in establishing the hotel cultural identity.Successful hotel culture shapes the ideal of the employees and helps them to raise their awareness of being the host of the hotel,which will draw more quests.
