大众健美操提高中学女生身体素质的实证研究

摘    要:大众健美操是在音乐的伴奏下,以身体练习为基本手段,以有氧运动为基础,达到增进健康、塑造形体、改善气质的一项运动。音乐活泼轻快、情绪激奋,因此最适合年轻人尤其是学生练习。采用文献资料法、观察法、教学实验法等对中学女生参加大众健美操兴趣小组的锻炼前后的对比分析表明,女生身体素质得到明显改善,柔韧、灵敏与协调、耐力、力量、速度等素质都有不同程度的提高,建议在广大中学生中推广和普及大众健美操项目。
