| Abstract: | This paper discusses the integrated management of the modern university library, in particular, giving importance to not only internal resources management such as human, material and information resources, but also external resources management like users and profits. At the same time, through the establishment of a people - oriented management mode and effective feedback mechanisms, we can achieve the optimal allocation of resources and reasonable restructure. |
